SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE
Co-Chairs: 

This committee recruits sponsors, and develops and coordinates sponsorship activities for the benefit of the organization, to meet the budget for AZCREW operations.  The committee prepares and sends thank you, letters to AZCREW sponsors, and ensures that sponsor are aware of meetings, and how to use their sponsorship benefits.  This committee also works with the PR committee to ensure that all sponsors are receiving exposure in all advertisements / Newsletters.  The Sponsorship Committee also prepares and coordinates sponsor recognition at monthly meetings.

The Sponsorship Committee is looking for a few special AZCREW members to help execute the sponsorship program for 2010. 

There are several ways to participate in this AZCREW committee.

• Annual sponsorship drive - short, 2-3 month duration starting now
• "Initial ask for support" only - one time participation in November, 2010
• Luncheon sponsor drive - fill 10 luncheon slots; these sell themselves!
• Administrative support - tracking targets and payments, banner creation, slideshow creation, other advertising

The sponsorship drive is not administratively laborious or meeting intense.  We focus our efforts over a short period of time with the main objective of filling the Annual Sponsor slots by January 1, 2011. May we count you all in at some level?
