PUBLIC RELATIONS/OUTREACH COMMITTEE

This committee organizes and prepares the AZCREW newsletter. The Objectives of the newsletter is to:
- Promote the accomplishments of our members and their firms
- Provide recognition of our sponsors
- Include a calendar of upcoming events
- Share networking success stories
- Spotlight committee activities
- include news and information of regional or general real estate interest
- Promote the organization
- Attract new members
The content for the newsletter is collected from various sources, including member profiles, press releases, the BREW, the Business Journal and other publications profiling recently closed transactions. Additionally, this committee collects information from ongoing features from the president, officers and committee chairs, and solicits articles of interest as well as maintaining a calendar and list of current events. This group meets monthly and prepares the newsletter during the second week of each month which precedes each monthly meeting. Additionally, this committee prepared news releases re: upcoming, meetings, event and noteworthy occurrences between members and contact news organization for publications. This committee is also involved in developing advertising pieces and coordinating same in various target publications, as well as the photography at all AZCREW events.
