Director of Marketing Recruiting
Small Giants Recruiting, a permanent placement staffing
division of Small Giants LLC, is seeking a full-time Director of Recruiting.
Small Giants Recruiting specializes in marketing and business development
positions within the commercial real estate industry—including such firms as
architecture, engineering, construction and development companies.
The Director of Recruiting would be a unique opportunity for
a candidate currently working in a marketing or business development role in
the A/E/C field to interact heavily with other marketing and BD professionals
to assist them with their job placement needs as well as candidate placement. Existing relationships and industry
association involvement would be easily transferred for this position. Additionally, is it key to our clients and
potential candidates that the Director of Recruiting has an intimate knowledge
of the uniqueness of marketing and business development positions within the
A/E/C industries.
Responsibilities
Include:
Account Management—Source
and secure job orders for candidate placement in the field of marketing and
business development. This is expected to be accomplished through networking,
personal contact, relationship building with key companies and researching and
reviewing Career builder, company websites and the like to increase job orders.
Candidate
relationship management—building a network of strong, qualified candidates
through associations, job postings and referrals. Additionally building a solid
base of prospects in the event that an outstanding opportunity presents itself,
the relationship is already developed and their career aspirations are known.
Confidentiality is foremost in this position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Indentifying resumes to augment our
candidate pool. Creating file and initial telephone screening, set up
confidential interviews for personal screening of candidates.
- Setting up client interviews and
identifying candidates for the client. Coordination of times, dates, etc.
with clients and candidates.
- Post open positions on various association
and industrial-related websites. Identify additional websites and
resources for positions to be posted. Update Small Giants Recruiting
Section of the website for current positions and candidates.
- Coordinate assessment tests with the
candidates.
- Take initial job orders and meet with
candidates and potential clients.
- Maintain database of companies and
candidates.
Education: degree or working toward a
degree in general studies, marketing or business.
Experience: Past
experience in recruiting, marketing, or service-based industry as must, where a
high level of professionalism, verbal and interpersonal communication and
organization was required.
